What is the difference between APT 1 and APT 2?
Both apartments are 45 sqm with a king bed, sofa bed, full kitchen, and free Wi-Fi 6. APT 1 (The Ground Floor) has direct access to the private courtyard garden and includes a laser printer. APT 2 (The Terrace) is on the first floor with a private sunny terrace and a slightly more open layout. APT 2 is a bit more spacious and works especially well for families.
How many guests can each apartment accommodate?
Each apartment sleeps up to 4 guests — 2 on the king-size bed and 2 on the sofa bed. A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge.
Can I book both apartments together for a larger group?
Yes. Both apartments are in the same building at Trubarjeva 31a. If you book both, your group of up to 8 can stay together with separate private spaces but shared access to the courtyard garden. Contact Mak directly for group rates.
How far are the apartments from Ljubljana's main attractions?
Dragon Bridge is 50 metres away (1 minute walk). The Central Market is 250 metres (3 minutes). Ljubljana Castle funicular is 290 metres (4 minutes). Prešeren Square and Triple Bridge are about 500 metres (6 minutes). Everything in the Old Town is walkable from the front door.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in both apartments. A 150 EUR fine applies. You are welcome to smoke in the courtyard garden or on the terrace.
Are the apartments suitable for remote work?
Yes. Both apartments have fiber optic Wi-Fi 6 with 500 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload speeds, a dedicated workspace area, and a quiet environment. APT 1 also includes a laser printer with A4 paper.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. The apartments are in a residential building, and we ask all guests to be considerate of neighbours. Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.
